Muggy, muggy, muggy again here in southeast Florida. No beach today but we will likely take our usual walk. Also on the agenda are our Covid booster shots late this afternoon.
And that is about all I can handle as insomnia struck again. It was 3 am when I got back to bed after reading on the couch. I have been up since 6:30. Ughhh...
I hope to get back on my healthy eating plan this week after a rather busy week and weekend last week. My eating was pretty good most of the time, but there was wine and then pizza for dinner last night. Back to basics!

Long 8 hour drive to OH for my aunt's funeral. Had a lovely time with my cousins and their spouses tonight.
Not great on the food front because of poor road trip purchases, but I started at 184.4. So that part was good.
I am really struggling with my sleep, so I am not feeling very verbose tonight!
