I love Pep's Goat V2.0! If I were going to travel in an RV it would have to be one that size. But I am not sure I would want to drive it LOL.
Eating yesterday was fairly good: No major snacks and I ate 1/2 of a lamb burger at dinner with no bun.
Today may not be so good though as we are going out to breakfast and to Mike's house so he can celebrate his upcoming birthday with his daughter and son-in-law. I think it may be regular burgers this time. We will probably walk on the beach there and maybe read for a while during the afternoon. It is cloudy but warm and dry.
Have a safe and healthy Sunday!

Having a lovely time in England! They are having a very welcome Indian Summer starting today after a cold, grey summer. We've done 2 walks at 5 and 6.75 miles respectively. Her town is very walkable and the market is around the corner, lots of trails running right out of town and across working fields and pastures.
Eating has been good as I don't have the access to food I'd have on my own. A good thing. Like being supervised... Also not the access to Diet Coke! A good, sad thing as well.
We're off for a drive, talk soon!
So glad you are enjoying your visit!

Good morning! Yesterday was simply beautiful yesterday, and it seems like today will be the same. Yesterday evening, instead of a bonfire, we went to see the movie Flag Day. We didn't realize it was set in Minnesota. I can skip candy when I go to the movies, but I can't pass up popcorn. Last night I tried something new, I ordered the kid pack, a small soda and a small portion of popcorn, about 2-3 cups of popcorn. At least half the size of the regular small popcorn. Built in portion control.
We were planning on a weekend get away the first weekend of October. The little river town we wanted to go to is booked out. Lots of other places too. And if there are hotels, they're crazy expensive. I priced it out, a weekend trip with airfare to Orlando is cheaper than driving our car to Duluth, MN.
Time for chai latte and the Sunday paper. Hope the day brings everyone some fun and relaxation.
Thanks for the thumbs up on GOAT v2.0 Liz! I'm really pleased. And yes, it has a real bathroom! The shower is not huge, but large enough to have a built in seat. There are two sinks - one next to the shower and one in the toilet closet - both with full on medicine cabinets and vanities with drawers and an under sink cupboard. It's the kitchen that absolutely delights me, though! Brand new GOAT 1 listed at 102K. Brand new GOAT 2 listed at 190K. Two very different beasts.
I was a poop machine yesterday. Combine that with very limited eating yesterday and not enough water for a resulting 2+ pound drop on the scale this morning - WHICH CAUSED SOME RED FLAG THINKING!!!!!!
My very first reaction was one of happiness and excitement because I can't remember when I dropped to this weight. It has been well over 2 years since I have seen this number on the scale. Second thought was, "Oh, I better not eat much today. Don't want to mess this up." I had to immediately address that thinking and shut it down. I reminded myself that my eating was less than stellar yesterday and I didn't even eat until 2:30 because there was so little in the house. (I had a protein shake around 12:30, but that was it until after I went grocery shopping.) Then I didn't eat dinner until about 8:30 and it was a light dinner. Calories were lower than average, as was water consumption. I am reminding myself that a bounce back up should not be a surprise. However, I am going to focus on healthy eating today to help encourage my body to stay put.
Going to groom one of Dinah's litter mates later this morning and then do a little more work on GOAT 2 and hopefully, get a workout in. If I can the crates installed, I will get the rig parked at storage tomorrow.
Ceci, so glad your trip is going well! Love the pics you are posting.
DD, hard to believe that airfare and a hotel for the weekend would be less costly than a weekend in Duluth! Go figure!
Liz, I was thinking about your relationship 20 the other day. I hope you appreciate that that 20 represents a finding of happiness and joy of which you are so deserving. Those extra pounds symbolize so much of what is positive in your life today. I hope you can celebrate that extra weight and not beat yourself up about it as you work on saying goodbye to the weight.
Diane S., puppy update?????
Ocean Diane.... please check in - even if briefly to let us know you're okay.
Shirl, great to see you celebrating John and your step son for Father's Day in OZ. You are indeed a lucky lady to have such a wonderful family. Has spring sprung in your part of the world yet?
Best to all!
