The Eagles concert was phenomenal! They played until midnight. The entire Hotel California album, a short break, then their greatest hits. Every one of my favorites was played. They still have the voices and the showmanship. And Deacon Frey, Glen's son is as good as his father was. Definitely a night not to be forgotten though we are exhausted. We didn't get to bed until about 2 am. Lots of coffee needed this morning.

We are going to poke around in Boston today. It is actually only about 70 out after numerous days over 90 degrees in the city. We may go to the North End and get some cannolis for my SIL. She is doing well with her cancer treatment but has lost her appetite and dropped 20 pounds that she couldn't afford to lose in the last month. She needs to force herself to eat some higher calorie food. How weird to be a food pusher!!!!!

Have a safe and healthy Saturday!

That's pretty amazing that this band still goes above and beyond to put on such a great show. I think that says something about being a true artist, it's not just about money (I mean, The Eagles aren't some poor group starting out), its about performing. It must really be an intense experience that keeps these guys coming back.

Yesterday I went shopping after getting the oil changed in my car. So funny, I thought I was just going to browse, and instead I came home with 3 pairs of pants, a blouse, 2 sweaters, and a dress. Almost everything on clearance. My favorite kind of shopping. :)

Today's shopping is groceries. I'll be hitting up Costco and my regular grocery store for the things that you can't get at Costco, or don't need in bulk.

The you tube video workout I'm using is called Fabulous Fifties. I like it because it has a timer in the corner of the screen, so it helps me to keep going because I can tell myself, only 10 more seconds. There are many videos, I've been using just a short 10 minute whole body workout. Yesterday I tried a 30 minute one. It had a 5 minute balance section. Wow. I need a lot of work here. I can mostly stand on one leg with arms extended, better on my right leg than left (the weak glutes), but as soon as any modification is introduced, not so much. An important thing to work on, I think.

Hoping our tribe members who have been quiet for awhile can check in, miss you all!
