Not Drinking around mealtime

I started this a.m. being conscious of not drinking 30min before or after meals in hopes of feeling fuller longer. I usually sip water, Gatorade zero or coffee throughout the day. Always have something in that mouth! Off today. Going to meal plan & go pick up groceries. Baby steps!

Someone starts us off, usually Liz, Sometimes another member, and they are labeled with the currnt date. Tomorrow's will be labeled, Tuesday, August 24, 2021.

Good job! I chew sugarless gum frequently to have something in my mouth too.
