Weight Regain
Definitely something everyone here struggles with. And if it's not the calories from the wine itself, it's how drinking some wine suddenly makes snacking seem like a good idea. All of us here are coping in different ways, some have success with Weigh****chers, others track and count calories, some do intense workouts, some journal, or a combination of things. Me, I struggle to find that right mix that will move the scale, but I don't give up. Join us on our daily threads, where we share ideas about losing and maintaining.
It sure isn't easy. I have used Weigh****chers in the past. I find that tracking and weighing food is critical to success. And yes, not drinking wine is important for me in weight loss for the reasons DiamondD mentions.
