Liz, I like fish, but I do a terrible job preparing it. I need your son to instruct me!

DS marinates swordfish in in a low-acid salad dressing - pic below of the one he uses (not Italian for instance), then cooks it about 3 minutes on side 1 and 4 minutes on side 2 (high grill heat). He says more than 3-4 minutes a side makes it way too dry.
