While my eating hasn't been great, I did do two social things since I last posted. Dinner with a young couple (ramen was delish) and today went to see our old neighbors who were swinging by. Such a lovely woman and her daughters who are in my age range. Her husband died this last winter. Very sad, but he was 92. She is still more spry than me in her mid-80s. No joke, she still runs senior relay races and tap dances!

Very sticky, heavy fog, and drizzly here. Thankfully not hot though. I do have the a/c on just to get the humidity out of the air.

I'm on the last season of Line of Duty. So good and so suspenseful I have to take breaks.

Not much else to report... I do so enjoy reading all your posts!

One evening when I was out walking in my parents community in Florida, I got smoked by an 82 year old named Kurt, who yelled, passing on the right, as he speed walked past me.

Hang in there. You sounded like you were in a good place a little while ago, so hopefully you can get back to feeling that way again soon.

Even if it's by the skin of your teeth, it still counts! You've come through other storms, you will do it again.
