Good Morning All
Back at the city house after 10 great days at the farm. I am so going to miss working from there but am looking forward to the next chapter in my career and hopefully the last job change till I retire. All is falling into place and it looks like I will finish 30th April - I may have to work that weekend to finalise invoicing but then I am taking a week off to recharge before I start my new role on 11th May. My new boss is looking forward to welcoming me. Had a big talk with my current directors over the weekend and its sad but its all worked out for the best for all concerned I think. Especially me - which is what I needed to have happen. I now have direction and can focus on the final few weeks and then a new beginning.
Our weather has turned very cool - I have the heaters on and Im so not ready for winter ugggg. Have a piece of silverside in the slow cooker - will take that over to DSS tonight for everyone. Been up pottering since 5am as I ran DH to the train station.
Thats about all I have. I will pop back later to catch up on everyones news
Have a wonderful evening all

I am happy for you that all is moving smoothly toward your new job. So weird that you have winter coming when we are getting to summer in a couple of months.

Greetings All
My productive plans for the day were destroyed by my studio buddy coming over. We drank tea out on the deck. I am not too broken up about my plans changing as I was not going to do all that much.
Yay Shirley new job! It will be great.
Yeah Cecily, time to move. You can get a big lot in Texas I bet.
Hey Liz, go play golf. Its a requirement in Florida. The thing about golf is you can be serious about it or just yuk it up and have a good time.
Not much else here. Just waiting for puppies. diane s
I think all my future golfing will be yukking it up, but I did do better on the driving range today after watching a couple of beginner women's golfing videos. Some of what I thought Mike was telling me about my stance and grip was awkward for me and the woman on the videos explained it really well.
