Good Morning All,
Well its hump day..... Last working day of the week from the city house. I will do final day of the week tommorrow from the farm - Yay
On Good News front, I received a call yesterday to book a 5.30pm interview this afternoon with the recruitment consultant and director of the company. Im feeling very good about it. Hoping it all works out and I get an offer as it would be amazing to be able to know what Im doing in the coming month. Its been incrediably stressful. Thank you all for your kind words - they help more than you know. Its good to feel more positive rather than being filled with dread - that speaks volumes to me as to why no matter what the outcome of todays interview - Im thinking the travel with replacement company is just not sustainable for both my own and my families wellbeing.....
DH worked till after midnight as they are trying to finalise a project for submission. Hes back at it this morning and is on track to make the deadline. He had a delicious dinner ready for me when I got home last night from the beautician. It was wonderful not to have to cook :) We have same again for lunch which Im looking forward too.
Mum comes over after work and we will all leave for the farm once Im home from my interview. Im looking forward to spending some quality time with her - as is she. Shes such a doll - I simply love her to bits x
Well thats about all I have. I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to you all for being my special tribe and being present xxx

Best of luck on the interview. I know you will find the right position!

Greetings all
So, moving to Florida eh DianeO? Good for you. Snow gets old unless you are skiing. But consider other tax stuff like sales tax and property tax. Of course, in California everything is taxed highly. And still the roads are full of pot holes. Good luck downsizing.
Shirley wishing you success on the interview. And some peace of mind. Enjoy the DH cooked dinner.
Not much new here. Took the day to wash my now extremely long hair and its become a project. Means I must play computer games until it dries.
Made a pot roast in the slow cooker yesterday and it was quite good. Got the roast at the discount grocer and was prepared to make it into dog food it it was not a good piece of meat. But it was. I might go get more.
Peps congrats on your success at the national specialty. To you other non dog show folks: this is a VERY big deal. Effectively best pup in the entire country. Enjoy your kicks on route 66. I'm with you on dry climates : nose bleeds. I love the bleak look of the southwest but could not live without green.
So Tesla is eating like a pig. Eats a huge dinner and tries to steal chip's dinner. Already had more puppy inquiries than there will be puppies. This breed is hard to find and they don't have big litters. Like 3 maybe.
More banking to do.
Brother and I were texting last night about Peeps, the horrible easter candy. We decided that Peeps were first discovered in King Tut's tomb and that the boat that plugged up the Suez canal was loaded with 18,000 containers of peeps. Anybody like peeps? Not me.
Later all. Diane S
Strangely given my sweet tooth, I don't care much for any Easter candy, though I would bite the head off a chocolate bunny from time to time. I loved egg salad made from the hard boiled eggs and hot cross buns the most of any Easter food.
