You all inspire me so much ! Our tribe certainly radiates compassion and caring ! Positive karma for sure ! In an ongoing effort to downsize and begin spring cleaning, I've sorted through my office bookshelves and listed several bundles of books on a local FB classified page. I sold a set of four Cognitive Behavior Therapy resources, picked up on my porch. My family room library is three times the size, so more to come. I have FINALLY convinced DH that we need to pull up the wall to wall carpet in the dining, living, and hall and put in contiguous flooring on the entire first floor. With two water and mud loving dogs, it is impractical to try to keep w-t-w rugs smelling and looking clean. I love area rugs, and am eager to look for some. Weight is stable between 150-154. I intend to be more active in warmer weather, and look forward to clean eating in SC. I'd like to settle back in the 139-144 range, where I feel my best.

I am back to being afraid to weigh but my clothes are telling me where I am. I am going to have to figure out how to do this relationship thing AND lose weight!
This morning I am back to the vaccine competition to see if I can get my second shot closer to my place. If I can't I will have to travel back to Mikes area. Not terrible but I would rather not do it since we can't stay in his place during March. Such a pain this whole thing has been.
Today is supposed to be beautiful so we are going to the beach at Siesta Key and check out where we will be staying at the end of the month. Maybe some outdoor music tonight.
Have a safe and healthy Friday!

The beach and sand are beautiful- like white powdered sugar. And the downtown has all kinds of restaurants - all with open air space and music (on a Friday at least). Our rental at the end of the month is in a great location right on the beach and a 4-5 minute low traffic walk to the restaurants. Our goal of parking the car for the week and not driving at all should be quite doable. Hopefully our little studio is nice enough... The outside deck on the beach looked great.

Weight? My cleaning people broke my scale! The horror!
I'm up first on the dinner rotation for my friend who was in the accident. Her husband is diabetic so I need to stay away from sugar/carby things and I'm thinking food that is hard to eat or needs cutting, etc. is not nice for a person who can't move much from having a broken neck vertebrae and 6 broken ribs. So I'm going with a low-carb shredded chicken enchilada casserole I found on Pinterest and zucchini that's made a bit like Mexican street corn. On a related note, the recliner is gone and my family room looks so much less cluttered!
So grocery store and cooking later today and otherwise maybe a walk. We're in the most beautiful weather part of our year, so it'll be a nice one! This was from yesterday's hike. We'll be green for about a month or so, then back to brown.
Hope you all have nice days!
Diane, I bet the spring cleaning start feels great. I on the other hand, haven't finished unpacking from my trip.
I had lymphedema therapy today. The PT did lymphatic draining and I'm so surprised how much a difference it did make. Every time I move my arm back to my side, I can feel some of the swelling is reduced. I was kind of dragging my feet about going so it's nice to see/feel progress.
We are enjoying "false spring". It's possibly going to hit 60 by next week. Definitely welcome, but must not be fooled, because it will undoubtedly be cold and/or snow before real spring arrives. The sound of water dripping everywhere as the snow melts is very soothing.
I'm feeling very fatigued a second day, so it probably is the vaccine. I don't need to take to my bed, but I am looking forward to wrapping up the day and a possible nap. Must mean I'm building antibodies, so, Yeah!
The weekend is soon upon us, Happy Friday!
