I want to try it too! I have all the ingredients except the olives, which I can get today. I'm always looking for tasty vegetarian dishes.

I came across it after you planted the idea of soup to hit my salt cravings. I thought, ding! ding! ding!

I'm confused - there were no olives in it?? Did Devon post another recipe and delete it?

I'm sorry Liz! I put a link into my post about a soup I was going to make. Your sauce reminded me of it.

I couldn't see the link in the light I was in!!! I just found it - confusion solved!

And the soup looks really good - will be interested to hear how it is.

You are my hero fixing that light. Amazing! Yes it is kind of like the concert ticket tries... I just don't see how someone without any technology skills will ever be able to do it?

I can't imagine! I think of my mom who was not very technically inclined... even my dad is a really slow one fingered typer!

Liz-that recipe sounds great and summery! I'll have to give it a whirl

anybody have an indoor grill they love? We typically just grill outdoors but too complicated during winter months now that kiddos cannot be supervised.

Well the rest of us are covid free. Still not really sure where that leaves us but I feel pretty confident that since we haven't gotten it, we won't, since this is R's 10th day of symptoms. He's still positive but apparently CDC changed guideline in August because you can remain positive for 3 months. They basically told him wait until his symptoms are totally gone. Which is also conflicting because, for example, my dad still has symptoms over a month on. His work simply said 10+ days after start of symptoms and must be fever free 24 hours. So all that to say I think he'll take a couple more days just to be sure and then reevaluate.

Today is a getting stuff done day. I started my day out with a big ol' LIST and I feel so good accomplishing it. Laundry day, all the normal kid stuff. And my "break time" has been devoted to writing another bar exam question. Yippee. I may take the girls for a stroller walk later. I almost hit my 10,000 steps daily without any "formal" exercise at all. Usually around 9500 just by virtue of toddlers. I think this has been key to me not gaining, even losing, the weight. Truly goes back to just having a more active lifestyle. But that is so hard when you have a desk job! When I was working I could go on a walk/treadmill and still only reach 7 or 8k. With exercising!!! I want to do better with my eating, but I'm still reverse dieting. And I'm also trying to show myself grace. This is a hard season of life. (but what one isn't?) Maybe right now this is where I need to be and it's okay. Or as it feels manageable, I may add back in some workouts and healthier options, especially when the weather heats up.

Cecily-what a nice walk that must've been!

With as contagious as Covid is considered, I found it interesting that one study from University of Utah found you only have a 12% chance of passing Covid to someone you live with.

Woah that is shocking.

I just kind of figured it was a foregone conclusion that I would get it. Now this makes me wonder about my mom. Her Dr. told her that she was "presumed positive" after my dad had it.
