Just back from the out and about with Swann. It was cold and dreary and a bit wet---then Out came the sun and everything around me was glorious. I was mesmerized for the longest standing in the middle of a huge swath of 'amber waves' of wild Kansas grain moving gently in the breeze. Sometimes I am so very aware of true contentment and peace; it is when I can think of no place in this world -or thing- or person I would rather be...
Yesterday went well with the food. Strange (not) how if I do not feed my so called food cravings they go away.
I brought out a few Christmas decorations and am enjoying them a lot. I think I'll go pull out a few more....

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
