I pointed that out to Mike in regard to Christmas travel but I don't think he was buying it.

Greetings My Peeps

Big news day in this group. Sorry its not all good. Liz and Mike take care of yourselves. Our studio director tested positive and is on the mend but tired. Baby yourselves and put Grub Hub in your speed dial. At least you don't have to stay all alone.

And Peps sorry your dad fell. Hope he mends quickly and can get home soon. Being at a hospital is never fun but these days....My mom fell twice in her later years and once needed a plate inserted. Not cool. You know you are old when you get on medicare and part of your exam questions is whether you have fallen more than twice in the past year. I always lie.

Gallery duty tomorrow and I am not looking forward to it. My glasses fog so badly that I am essentially blind. Probably will have a fair amount of visitors which is good. Otherwise some days its like being in detention. I am becoming an old crank.

Cecily the bookseller! Yay for someone to pay you to take stuff away.

Diane M I envy you! a fresh blanket of snow. Nothing feels cozier.

Since its December I have to scurry around and do tax planning for studio and gallery. There is not much to do since we all lost revenue for parts of the year. I will busy myself at the gallery tomorrow doing that. Will probably take up a full 10 minutes.

One of our gallery members wants to set up "zoom" shopping for our gallery. Anyone ever see a small store doing this? We don't have an on line store as everything is one of a kind except greeting cards. Not sure how zoom shopping will work. I think I will refuse. "Zoom meetings are truly awful" she whined.

Yum yum a pot roast is well underway. It was one of my favorite things to make when I had an actual job - often I would forget I had started it in the morning and then come home to the wonderful smell of simmering beef.

I also stopped in the studio but not much is going on. I am always super nice to our technicians so they always find a spot for me in the firing. I have a couple of items going in today and that will be about it for the holiday season.

Not much else new. Hugs all. Diane S

I've read a few remedies for the glasses. Have you tried smearing on, then wiping off, liquid dish detergent or shaving cream?
