Good Morning All

Second last day of the week - thank goodness. Im bone tired !

Had a nice visit with the grandbabies last night - Ashton was a bit cranky but we got past that. Was lovely to see them all.

My DS and his girlfriend come for dinner tonight. Looking forward to that. Just have to pick up some salad stuff. We are having steak.

Taking Bella to vet at 3.30pm after work to have a lump checked too. If I get time I need to go collect my necklace chain that I had repaired after a tangle with a huge drum of poision at the farm

I received a text from a friend that said "I think God's plan is different from what we desire."

I find it reassuring when feeling helpless. We are small and there is a big plan. Or at least I'd like to think that. We did our part and now the next part will serve a purpose.

Still waiting for election results like all of us. I want this over. Last night I was watching that guy who wears the ugly brown pants on MSNBC go around punching states, colors and numbers on his map while talking a mile a minute. I know these news people have to be entertaining but it was like someone was trying to pour an entire encyclopedia into my ear through a funnel!! I could no longer draw any conclusions from a bit of info before more jabbering occurred. Guess I am old. I hear slow. Plus a few glasses of wine...

At least its a beautiful day here and things are calm. Nothing nasty happened that I know of.

Yesterday DH was in 7th heaven as our air purifiers arrived. Big one for house, smaller one for studio and a friend. We was happily unboxing them, studying the instructions (ie unwrap and plug in) and arranging and trying the setting. A guy and his toys. I do think the thing works as I feel less allergic today.

Must find some new netflix. Cant take much more political stuff.

My eating has been complete garbage lately. Must improve on the protein. In the past I found that if I got the protein in, other things fell into place.

Studio today. Pool tomorrow. Groceries somewhere in there. Cheers all.

P.S. The other day I made a little slug figure. The black glaze for its eyes ran down its face. I showed it to our young studio technician and said "this looks like Alice Cooper?". The kid says "who is alice cooper?"

So I had to get the phone out and look it up. Made me feel old. ds

Before I got to the part where you said it I pictured Alice Cooper!
