And Ron is absolutely right - you are good looking!

Apologies for my inconsistency in posting lately. It's strange to say, but I've been so busy -- lots of end-of-season mowing/cleanup, finishing up taxes, medical visits (annual stuff), and have company coming down from Chicago this weekend for 4-5 days.
I'm plateaued hard at 148-150, and it's clear my only option is to keep doing what has always worked.
I'm so glad to be healthy. And so glad to be in better emotional shape than I was in the late spring. I'm also very hopeful about many things. :)
Love to you all,
Ann

Greetings my Buddies
No weight news here today. I am sure nothing good is going on in that department but I am in deep denial. Ditto about all the chores and things that need to be done. But at least I have a gift for blowing stuff off. I do need to get going though because the chores are going to pile up for Halloween. I have definitely decided to NOT give out candy at the front door but instead just put a bowl out and fill it as needed. But I suspect there will be a lot of kids out because there are many and our neighborhood is a magnet and there are so many decorations out. Guess I will rope off the porch with a "sorry" sign and put candy out on a tv tray. We will still have about 6 people over for soup.
DH is napping. He overate at lunch and his sleeve had a little discussion with him. Don't know why he does not learn that lesson but it happens pretty often. I was planning on making ricotta bake tonight but on hold.
Chip the dog got into some stickers in the yard. Then he jumped into bed and got them all over ME!!! Yuck.
Liz we love being on your virtual road trip with you. Keep having fun and posting. Beautiful views indeed.
BB enjoy those little girls. Maybe they could each have a little yoga mat and do yoga with you for a few minutes. Thinking about all the professional women I have known, including my mother, virtually all have had significant help from another woman; in my case my grandmother. Often a paid person. so don't feel bad if you can't do it all alone.
Hey Ann, good to hear from you. Glad you are well and busy and checking in.
And Deveon, I don't know why you need "medical" stuff. You are a good looking dude. Wish I could send my dog to shows with you. She is a shaggy creature- looks like an alpaca.
Well the clothes won't climb into the dryer on their own. Must go herd them along. Cheers Diane S
PS got my new glasses. What an improvement!!
