Still no weight - I am already dressed for my early hair appointment. That and my annual mammogram are on the agenda today as well as making some follow-up calls on things I had set up but haven't occurred yet. Sigh...
Yesterday I drove an hour each way to get my flu shot. None of the pharmacies on Cape Cod has the high dose which is ridiculous since the over 65 population is quite high. Anyway, it is done and after the Mammo today I am caught up on all health stuff I had put off for the last couple of years.
And today I need to continue packing unless Mike comes out. If so, I need to show him my packing containers and make sure there is enough room in his car for them. If not, I will ship a box. I know it sounds silly to have so many clothes being transported but most are fairly expensive/unique things that I don't want to or can't duplicate. And I have extra for the trip down and Mike's place since we will drive there first and stay for a bit. Usually I fly directly to my place. And yes, I have a lot of clothes that I like to have available (more than I need but I love choices).
Have a safe, healthy and social day!

Ah, clothes! A wonderful "problem" to contemplate. Embrace and enjoy your packing experience. A new adventure is at hand. Unfortunately, my adventure is going to be a sad one of going thru my fall/winter wardrobe and mourning many lovely outfits I cannot get into. Have been putting this off not knowing whether the chore will motivate or depress or **** me off....
Still hitting and missing on daily mindful eating. Still not on the scales. I so want the reality of my actions- that is, to own the consequences of my behaviors instead of giving that power over to fickle-metal.
Another beautiful fall day at hand. Nothing much planned- walkies with DH and Swann, House cleaning (I lie as I speak-fat chance), and playing around with paints of some kind. Here is my latest attempt-
Have a wonderful and positively energized day! Despite all, all is good; (it is always good- even when the crazy, sad, and bad want to muscle in, the good remains!)

Weight same.
The pain is much better today. I like a pretty flat pillow, but the line between flat and too flat is a fine one. So my down pillow probably needs replacing. Until I find the right one (I'm super picky and why are 99.9% of pillows so thick?), I tied the end of my king sized pillow case with a hairband. Not a decorative feature, but it kept the pillow from flattening too much last night. Made all the difference! Now to find a new one...
Today's throw out was the massive collection of shampoo bottles in the shower. I only use a couple, so why so many? Especially ones I didn't like! Into the trash.
Later this afternoon is a beach walk with my hiking friends. It'll be nice to all be back together again!
Liz, my dad and his wife are always hounding me to leave a set of clothes in MI. I have tried to explain 1) if I like it, I want to have it available wherever I am, and 2) who knows what size I will be (up or down) when I go there? Best to just haul it all back and forth.
Thank you for being on the same page with me. Mike says there will be plenty of room and is okay with me bringing a lot, but I wonder if he fully realizes what a lot is...
