Good Morning All
Back after a restful weekend, DH left at 5am Sat to drive to the farm. Under new rules we are not allowed to stay at the farm - its a 7 hour round trip so I decided against it. I cant help anyway with one hand out of action. Spent the day mainly watching Netflix - it was great. Yesterday DH helped (mainly did) zuchinni n bacon muffins n a few things inside - then he went outside. I planned our meals n did both my mum & our groceries. Was interesting one handed and I was pooped by the finish.
Hand is healing well - can count at least 14 stitches. Have an appointment at plastics clinic this morning so will be interesting to see what they say
Not a lot else to report here.
Will check back later - trying to tackle emails etc before I leave

Oh, I'm so glad to hear you had a Netflix afternoon after a busy day before. Please take care of your hand, and follow all healing instructions. A hand is a marvelously complicated machine, and as you're discovering so essential. You don't want to jeopardize its future functions. We'll be waiting to hear what the plastic surgeon recommends.

Back from apts and hand therapy with good news. Down to bandage on index finger only - no splints required. Healing well and they think with some therapy I should make a full recovery. No heavy lifting or immersion in water but I can live with that.
Its soooo nice to be able to use my hand again - this past week has been super hard for me - im not an ideal person for relying on others - normally the other way around......
Will do a little housework after I finish work - little bits each day to catch back up
