Weight 121.8. Amazing! I fully expected to be out of range.

I am already missing Mike, but it will be a busy day. BIL is on the way here to help me get 55 file boxes of DH's expired law files out of the attic over the garage in preparation for the mobile file shredder arriving mid-day. It will be a brutal day but good to get it done.

ETA: The boxes were all down into the garage ready for the shredders by 9 - they are coming at 11. Also, for anyone on FB, I decided to sort of go public with Mike and my relationship by posting a picture of us together on his birthday.

The fires out west are looking so scary- I know California is a big place, but it seems from the news that the whole state is ablaze. Stay safe, friends.

Sometimes, the world is a nice place filled with good will. I received the estimate on some dental work that needs done, and my dentist is charging me what he would receive from an insurance company (that is-cost MINUS write off). We are enrolled in a dental health maintenance program, but it doesn't cover extensive work. Push come to shove, he trimmed over $1,500. This gesture totally took the sting out it all on More than the financial level- I still am not on speaking terms with my teeth (traitors!)

Rainy and cool-sometime or another will pull on the mucking boots and join Swann in what will ba a total mud-fest-ed adventure.

Scale moved down ever so slightly. I am feeling less bulbous. So that's good. Got up and walked with my friend this morning. Therapy in a bit and zoom knitting tonight.

Lather. Rinse. Repeat. My boring life!

Excellent! Walking with a friend is so critical for mind and body!

FYI: The 55 boxes represented only 6 years of work, which is what DH had to retain. When he closed the office in 2014 he had all the older ones (MANY MORE) shredded.

Today is better. I got a prescription for zofran to use if the nausea continues. Pretty under control today. Did a little online shopping to update the newly painted dining room a bit. Would be so much better if I could browse in the stores, but hopefully what I ordered looks as nice in person as it does online.

Time for another nap :)

So glad you have something to take if needed. Self-care should be #1 on your agenda. Thank goodness you took time off from work totally.
