He has options and funds to cover them so thats at least something. Its about finding the balance between doing everything for him and also making sure he stays independant. Maintaining that feeling of self worth is a balance. I find planting a seed and letting him think on it for a while works the best. He is very stubborn but I can mostly get him to consider things

I advocate on his behalf with a lot of things like Body Corp Meetings etc as he struggles with a couple of the other owners. One in particular is a pushy witch and just tries to talk over him to get her way with decisions. I dont take her bullying tactics at all - shes learning :)
