Yeah, it is amazing the quantities of crap food that will pass right through our sleeves. On the dentist angle as I have aged my issue is having old fillings replaced because they wear down or loosen and making sure I don't get gum disease. That's what gets me to the dentist. This year I need one replacement and one crown because that tooth has had multiple fillings and now it is old and weak. Arghhhh
