Weight 122, WW Bluepoints 14. So I guess that super high pizza day really put weight back on as it seems to be hanging around. I am up 2.2 pounds over last weeks WW weigh-in. That was an extreme low day but still this provides warning on pizza dangers.
With that said, we are going out to dinner with DD tonight. I will make choices that do not include pizza.
I had another coffee meeting yesterday. It turns out that this guy works with a friend of mine in real estate and in community theatre. Another nice guy who I wouldn't mind seeing again maybe.
Today I am teaching SIL how to kayak. Hopefully it will take her mind off of waiting for her latest test results. At her last oncologist visit, her doctor thought there might be some growth again so she had the full body of tests on Tuesday. She has a tele-meeting with the doctor tomorrow to review the findings and make a new treatment plan if necessary. I will probably sit in with her on it.
But for today, I need to change the laundry, go to the food store briefly (while it is quiet there), and set a time with SIL for kayaking!
Have a safe and healthy Thursday!

Your family has been through so much. I think kayaking is a great idea. It's so easy to get the hang of it, and water plus Sun equals stress relief.
I'm glad that your coffee meet ups are showing there are some nice men out there. One fears there are too many like your unwanted suitor in Florida. Nice to know there are also men whose company you can enjoy.
I looked up what is involved in a breast MRI. You lay face down, on a table with a hole under your chest. Your breasts hang through that hole for the MRI. Omg. I am alternating between horror and laughing out loud at the absurdity of it. Reminds me of the little ditty we used to sing when I was a kid: Do your boobs hang low, do they wobble to and fro? (Nicer children sang do your ears hang low, what can I say, obviously suburban wild children).
Going to Costco today. I've decided for now I will not enter any stores that don't require masks for everyone. Our grocery store doesn't require them, nor do Target etc. It's even more important than before that I don't get Covid.
In Massachusetts all stores require masks which is good.
Thank goodness you have a sense of humor to help get you through this. I did get quite the image in your description of the MRI and now that song will be in my head all day!

Okay, Liz. I have to share that when I read that your coffee date works in real estate and community theater, I chuckled because I thought, "Of course, he's interesting, nice, etc... He's likely gay!" LOL! Terribly judgy of me, isn't it? But who can blame me? Two avocations that have high numbers of gay men as participants. Two of my best dating pools in my early 20s.
Did you ever see the video that was made to support marriage equality called we'll marry your girlfriends? It was "interviewing" gay men and they were saying things like, I love brunch!, and antiqueing up state all weekend is my favorite thing! And I'll go see that thing she likes, I've got tickets, and another guy, I'm in it! Etc. And then it ends with something like, let us marry the people we love or we'll marry your girlfriends! Made me laugh every time.
I have never seen that before! LOL!!!
