When you come down with a cold in the midst of being the most careful we've ever been in our lives to avoid germs, it's humbling to realize how little control we have over what we catch!

SO true !

Your mind just runs between "im overreacting and wasting everyones time" to the worry you may be one of the asymptomatic people - to what if I am and have given it to my mum. The one person I have been out there doing all her shopping etc so she remains safely in her house. She is my priority one

To "its winter and you havent had a cold in years"

But we cant control it - just need to keep doing what we are doing and see what happens re results

Greetings Friends

Same old same old here. Trip to the studio and then tried to get heart worm meds for the dog. Big line. Will do it tomorrow.

Shirley I hope you are not sick. Rest up and get rid of the cold!

My hydrangeas are looking a little sad this year. A honeysuckle vine is trying to murder them plus I didn't get the dead blooms pruned off last lear. Its a lace cap and I think you are supposed to cut the dead ones. I have some more in the far end of the back yard that I have not looked at lately. Roses continue to amaze me with their tolerance for neglect.

Roasted veggies were great. I am feeling evil for not pushing protein. But there is fresh albacore to be purchased off the docks so I may get a small one.

There are record high temperatures inland - over 100 degrees. That means people from those towns will be coming here to the cool coast - hence art gallery business. Yay.

Take care all. My waterproof car seat covers have been shipped!
