Hello beautiful tribe! As is usual lately, I'm reading every day, but am not finding I have much drive to write.
I am a very much a ying and yang right now. There is a currently a clear definition between my light and dark sides. Lots of internal "weight" garbage has been going on. Interesting, too I chose the word garbage. I thought about editing and using struggle, but I realized garbage was the word of choice because it reflects how I feel about my eating and weight - like the way to deal with it is throw it out? Hmmmmmm......
I have a shrink appointment in 30 minutes. I don't want to "go", but I know I need to, so I will.
The remaining puppies have been named. We have Lulu and Blitz. We had a Blitz when I was little. I was hesitant to name the puppy the same name, but Blitz goes with his AKC name (Kairk's Lightning Strikes) and Ron likes it. Ron did not approve of Striker. Anyhow, Blitz is lightning in German.... So it works.... Lulu is just plain adorable and the name fits so she will either be Kairk's Lulu's Back in Town or Kairk's Little Lulu (both pop culture staples from the 1930s).
Weight has been creeping slowly up this week a few insidious ounces at a time. C'est la vie! Que sera, sera! ****
Perhaps my lack of socialization is getting to me. I guess I figured that summer time would be more business back to usual than not. I'm afraid it just isn't looking that way.
This evening I will get to go to the store for fresh fruit and vegetables. Tomorrow I get to go for a drive to the vet hospital so pups can get vaccinated. The highlights of my day sure have changed.
I am binge watching old episodes of the original Charmed series. I have a crush on Alyssa Milano. Okay, a huge crush... I admit it... I have a thing for beautiful witches. When I was a kid I was in love with Elizabeth Montgomery's Samantha on Bewitched! Wonder if that's a gay thing....you know, like Judy Garland...... Hmmmmm.....
Bewitched was a great show!

So much time to fill. I could do like Shirley and be constructive or I could do what I always do which is goof off. I did go to the studio and do a few things and made a quick trip to a drug store for Skinny Pop and wine, two of the four food groups.
Well the keto tuna casserole last night was actually pretty good except it looked like cat food. Just tuna, some mayo, onion and cheddar cheese. No noodles or crackers. Might be improved with peas mixed in. More tonight.
We watched Joker last night. Good movie. I was prepared for it to be super creepy and it sort of was, but still very engaging. A contrast to Mamma Mia.
There was a covid death in our county yesterday - the first one. A 97 year old woman who had been in a nursing home. Quite a few new cases are being discovered but its because there is now significant testing available. Before it was few tests and few cases. The scuttlebutt is that a worker at the nursing home had traveled somewhere and brought back the virus. Several cases relating to that nursing home. Anyway we will have to watch our local news channel which is so rinky dink we call it the "dumb dumb news". The people who broadcast can barely read and when its raining in the area you can hear the rain on the roof in their studio.
DH decided to wash pretty much every item of clothing he owns today. He must have been down to zero clean clothes.
Not much else here. Hope DH has recorded some good tv. Like we don'****ch enough already.
