He he he - Im rarely still but when I crash I really crash

Im feeling better each week and finding moving without constant grinding pain is very freeing :) Why did I wait so long to have this knee done. I have heard so many people say exactly the same thing.

Greetings Friends in Confinement

Not much here. I was going to go to the studio but its pouring rain and there is a gate there that is kind of a pain to open so I decided to forget it. Spent the day looking for low carb tuna recipes since we have cans available. Found some that look pretty easy and healthy. I will report tomorrow.

Hey I never noticed before but our maple tree out front has made the helicopters. I so remember them when I was a kid being all over the sand box. No little trees here and no clue what type of maple but it has grown into a nice tree. Our other maple split in a storm and had to be removed.

Liz good on you for getting out. I must do more of that but not in this rain. I do miss the swimming pool.

Weight wise I am doing terrible. Afraid to weigh but my thighs feel like boat pontoons. I seem to be napping my way though the pandemic, arising only to cook pre made mexican food. Not a good plan. Our nephew has lost a load of weight on the Keto diet so that prompted me to look at keto tuna stuff. He was going to do VSG but his mother talked him out of it. She thinks it would cause him to be malnourished. Stupid. This is the SIL who knows everything.

Little bro is doing well in his chemo treatment. He may never feel 100% but at least the numbers are good.

Well its almost time to visit my good friend Lester Holt. What a small world we live in right now.

Cheers. Diane S

I'm glad to hear that your brother is doing well. It is amazing what they can do these days. Hopefully we will be able to say the same about coronavirus in 6-12 months.

P.S. We watched the sequel to Mamma Mia last night. It was really pretty cute. However, Cher could have been replaced with a cardboard cut out - her face moved so little. But she sounded good. ds

That's EGGZACKERY how I felt Cher looked in the Mamma Mia sequel. Her face was FROZEN!
