:) I do think that will happen eventually. People WILL eventually find more creative ways to connect safely. I'm doing a Zoom Room meet-up tomorrow with my besties from all over the world. And there will be day drinking in time zones where the sun is shining. :)

Thought for the day - spring allergies are a source of anxiety during a coronavirus pandemic.
Not much to report today. It's another gorgeous day. Spring in CA can be unbelievably pretty. I sent another delivery of Amazon Prime staples to one of our local food banks I have volunteered with. They are a small organization with the food bank as a small part of what they do and had 400 cars in line for food today. And this is a very well-off county. I can't imagine how bad it is in areas not so lucky.
I have to say I was disgusted by the pictures of the hoards of people who crowded together to watch the naval medical ship pull into NY and take pictures. It's a slap in the face to everyone working to save lives and to all other essential services workers.
On a funny note, this made me laugh this morning: Hello from the Inside
Chris is knocking it out of the park these days. This is the best one yet! Thank you, Ceci!

Monday Morning.... Ace's 4th b'day, my cough is persisting (I'm sure it is now allergy related), Bucket-list cruise down the Rhine has been cancelled by the cruise line, Ella is tanking.... We have to go shopping and I don't want to leave the house. I also have to make arrangements for Ella's ending and that is not a cheerful thing to do.
I did have to leave the house yesterday on a mission of animal husbandry. It could not be helped. Luckily, social distancing was kept up as much as possible and my parting gift was a disposable face mask (purchased pre COVID19 outbreak). I will use the mask for grocery shopping today.
So much conflicting info regarding the safety of containers being brought into the house. FUCK! I'm erring on the side of caution at this point, but I'm not losing my mind over it.
Ron is sleeping a lot. I think the isolation is getting to him. He keeps saying he wants to go grocery shopping in the early morning, but then he sleeps until 11 or noon! Granted he is staying up until all hours....
I have not been getting exercise. I must rectify that. I know I will feel so much better physically and emotionally, if I get some movement in.
Ever onward... sigh....
