Weight 125.8, WW bluepoints 24. Too many almonds - I need to hide them from myself.
Today is DS's 29th birthday and the first time I haven't seen him on or very close to his birthday. I miss him (though I talk to him daily).
I am getting worried about what coronavirus is going to do to our quality of life and how ill others might get. I am not really concerned for myself as I almost never get sick and when I do it is almost always very mild. SIL is probably much more at risk for life threatening complications due to her cancer than I am. I am concerned beyond that about the effects on socializing and traveling. I think it will burn out ultimately but who knows when that will be and how much will be affected between now and then.
Enough for now. I think today may finally be a pool day. The last couple of days have had a cool, dry, odd wind.
Enjoy your day!

I'm feeling good today. Weight is stable, lower still than it's been in over a year. Loving this part. :)
I nailed my coronavirus and COVID-19 views on the door over at our private clubhouse. Make of it what you will. :)
I came home after yoga class and grocery shopping because I left my phone at home. Sheesh! After lunch I'll head back out to my voting precinct.
And now it turns out there's nothing else to add to my post. LOL!

Good Morning All
Popping in - Im working sitting on my bed with a wooden stable table - office phone beside me. The floor guy is about to arrive so excited to see how this will all look in a day or so. The countdown has begun - 6 days till surgery. And I am running around like a headless chook to say the least but achieving much
Weight is 170.5 - down even with all the extra eating. Im super hungry of late - thought it was TTM but think moreso stress eating?
Reasonable day today. Work then I want to pop out to grab some things at one of the stores once I finish. Have a washing on as today will be nice n sunny. Maybe muck out the chook pen if I get time. I made tonights dinner last night. Im using up things in the fridge and freezer (good test for quarantine I think) Made a chicken, bacon, leek and veg casserole thing. Had some lasagna sheets in freezer so fashioned it into a lasagna of sorts. Had a spoonful when it came out and it turned out ok. Thats dinner with leftover salad from last night. Will try and work out something for tomm nights dinner today as well. Having the kitchen and living rooms empty is proving interesting. DH and I even had to eat our meal last night in our room once we finished working outside.
Popping over to other area now to have a peek at posts :)
Love to you all and hope you all have a wonderful day.
Peps - any updates on Ella?

I made it through my first day of my eating goal with pretty much no effort on my part. A few things like a pastry box with the grease stains emanating from the inside out, promising the deliciousness of crafted baked goods may have called my name, but I chose not to listen. I did have my planned evening sugar, but that was it. Felt good about yesterday's eating. Now to string some like days together....
Ace is the father of every single puppy in the Multiple Sire Litter! Go figure! Got the DNA back yesterday, did the evaluations, and gosh darn it, if my little stud of a dog didn't turn out to Mr. Super Sperm! Interestingly, two of the pups had genetic mutations and had one allele each that was not attributable to any of the possible parents. Weird!!!!! But, it happens. That was a fun chapter that is now completely written. I can now finish up with registering the litter and making sure all the owners get their official AKC paperwork.
Cold continues to linger. My rescue haler is proving to be a lifesaver. I'm about due for a little dose of DayQuil, too. The inhaler, the DayQuill and NyQuil, and a little nasal decongestant spray before bed have kept me functioning pretty well.
Terrific Tuesdays to all.
Fascinating DNA test results! You know far more about interpreting genetic information than I once did as a pre-med student (back in the day before we had all these fancy-dancy tests for people and people with four legs).
And good on ya for stringing one day together.

Congratulations maintainers and losers! And for those not on that road today, congratulations for showing up and not giving up.
I did okay with food today (so far), hoping for some results on the scale again.
I texted with my Mom today, and she is proceeding with due caution. She completed her 3rd treatment for lung cancer in December. Coronavirus would be disastrous.
Very best wishes to your mom!
