Weight 126.2, WW Bluepoints 6 (with lots of zero points). Hmmm....So much for 125.
I went to an Art and Crafts festival yesterday. Nice weather for it (cool but not too cool). I got a print for my bedroom that I really like.
SIL returns today (pick up around 2).
DS's birthday is Tuesday - I just ordered him a Food Trivia game for fun. I hate only giving them money for gifts.
Finally, can I just say that I HATE going through time changes!
Enjoy your Sunday!

And just like that, the bug that bit me yesterday has left the building. I feel GREAT this morning. A possible lesson: When my body feels bad, give it a rest.
BTW, last night I had one of those little bedtime anxiety experiences. You know the kind--butterflies in the stomach, worrying about stuff I can do absolutely nothing about. And of course my body said, "Feed me carbs! Now!" Specifically, bread and cheese, which is my go-to heroin at moments like that. But instead, I decided to practice sitting with the fear/discomfort and doing a little deep breathing. You would think I must have tried this approach many times before, but nope, apparently I haven't. And guess what? The butterflies did calm down. And cheese and bread were not eaten. Must remember to try that again. I would REALLY like to retrain myself not to eat to sedate myself.
Boy, it's pretty here today. Spring has really sprung. Trees are starting to bud out. This is the earliest I've ever seen spring happening in this neck of the woods. Global warming, much?
And again I've run out of stuff to say.
Virtual, germ-free hugs and kisses to all!

I too am letting the worry monster off the leash a bit. Last night my daughter and I were texting. She works at the VA in Boston as a researcher. She doesn't see patients, but it is a hospital below the office floors, and she rides the elevator with patients etc. They were told to be prepared to quarantine. My mind started whirling, what if she actually gets cornovirus at some point? She gets every respiratory thing, always. If one of us , probably me because I have the most sick time, went to take care of her, how long would we then be quarantined in Boston? I can see how this could all be a big mess. Luckily, son lives in Wisconsin. If he got sick and needed me, I would go kidnap him and drive him home, and we could all get quarantined at home. Enough brooding about cornovirus for today.
The sun is shining as promised, and the drip of melting snow pinging off the roof is lovely. My do something you love for an hour wasn't something I love, love, but it was quite satisfying. While we watched SNL, I rolled coins. All the loose change is rounded up and ready to bring to the bank. I'll ca**** in for small bills to use for tips in NYC. Eating also was on point, but I still haven't seen my new low again, maybe tomorrow.
Time for more chai and the Sunday paper.
Liz, I am not a fan of time changes either. I love the lighter evenings, but it will be dark tomorrow when I get up. The older I get the more my body seems to need a little time to adjust, too.
Ann, I am envious that your bug took a nibble and moved on. Mine is hosting the most magnificent smorgasbord for all his friends! At least I am feeling more normal now. Just full of snot - both head and chest.
Yesterday was mostly just rest. I never left the house. I got myself dressed and ready for the day, but mostly did nothing including a nice little nap in my chair that prompted me to go lie down in bed. I slept for about an hour.
Canceled my WW membership yesterday. I figured the app is not worth the cost of monthly membership and I'm not really using it right now anyway. I did well keeping sugar to a minimum yesterday.
Hoping to feel well enough later today to get a few things done around the house. If not, they will still be there tomorrow for me to tackle.
Greetings Friends
Let's see, would I rather dejunk the house or chat with my friends. Hmmm. Well I did get a few things put away and set aside for removal. Also got DH to move some planters back to the deck that had been moved when it was painted last summer. Uncovered some really cool garden faeries that were made by a friend years ago (now deceased) so I am glad to have them. They have aged and have moss and such. I will try to post but for some reason computer won't let me select since DH updated the operating system.
Had the last of the baby broccoli and canadian bacon last night. I hate having to plan dinners. I would eat Costco salmon burgers nightly but DH objects.
Ann so glad your cold was fleeting. Don't think I have ever had one like that. Peps hope yours is gone soon. I keep elderberry zinc lozenges on supply.
Gotta say I don't notice the spring time change that much since I am so not on time with the rest of the world.
Liz lovely gift from your daughter. And food trivia sounds fun.
Hope to get to the pool today. I think it is finally being discovered by our town.
Anyone know how to clean coins? (money laundering LOL). I have jars of coins and a coin roll gadget but they are grubby and have unidentified crud on them. DD you inspire me.
Later all. Diane s
For the dirty coins ... ho****er and Dawn dishwashing soap? Put 'em in a collander and let 'em soak overnight, maybe?
