Greetings My Fine Friends

Such a great bunch of posts today. Inquiring minds want to know this stuff.

Hmmm, I bet I have not had more than about 4 carbonated drinks in the 10 years since wld. Two were on the flight from hell last fall. Tasted good and it was real coke. I hate artificial sweeteners. Today at the grocery I was desperate for an unsweetened tea and all they had was sugary stuff. Yuck.

Liz your living room is so wonderfully beachy and coastal. Love it. What a cozy seating arrangement for guests. And Justice.

Clothes shopping - my worst nightmare. From childhood I had to get fatty stuff and nothing fit EVER and I had to get old people ugly stuff. Even when I was skinny a few years back it was not too much fun. Too much sagging. Well the sag bags are now refilled somewhat and I feel chubby again. We don't have much in the way of clothing stores around here except some weird off beat stuff. So I mostly order from LL Bean. I do not own a single dress anymore except one long thing from Target that I have worn once and probably never will again. Has anyone tried that made to measure stuff advertised on TV? So wishing I could find plain old cotton sweat shirts that are not advertising universities.

So impressed with all of you and your WW points. Too structured for me. How I did the post WLS diet is beyond me. Oh yeah, I had mega restriction. Seems worlds away.

Today I smelled the most wonderful aroma while up in the small gallery town. Lavender? Roses? Barbecue? No it was the smell of fresh frying onion rings from the mom and pop cafe. Unmistakable. Alluring but I did not get any. This is the place that sevens a mashed potato scoop in a crispy corn bread cone like an ice cream cone and with gravy on top.

Not much else here. It is misting and the red Rhodies are blooming as well as some flowering trees. Everything needs pruning. Think I will take a nap.

The company I just ordered from, eShakti, does custom clothes to your measurements. I'm trying the standard sizes first, although I did customize one dress by changing the length and the neckline. Clothes should be here in about another week, I'll let you all know if it was a good find or a bust, or somewhere in between.

Good to know. Hope it works. I will look them up - better to play on the computer than do laundry. Ds

eShakti looks VERY cool. I might try that one of these days, too. :) Good to know about it.
