Yes (I assumed that's what Ann meant). I'm all blues and greens, rose (but not red), and sometimes soft shades of yellow and coral.

Liz ... there are tons of color AND style quizzes online to self-assess your season and dominant clothing style (and lots of expensive consultants out there who'll do a more sophisticated assessment for you in person).

BTW, the titles/terms/names of styles vary, depending on the system(s) used. It's a bit like religion -- new sects are constantly forming.

You may, like me, find that your self-selected style is more consistent than you imagine. Like you, I sometimes step outside my basic style. But a critical question to consider is: If you have ten minutes to dress for an event or destination that you often attend, what are you most likely to pull together quickly that you'll feel comfortable wearing?

In my case (in the wintertime) it's likely to be jeans or dark slacks (non-patterned), a crewneck sweater, small diamond studs, black leather Chelsea heeled boots, a blazer and/or barn jacket or trench, a simple leather bag, sunglasses, and maybe (or maybe not) a scarf that ties into some aspect of my outfit. Voila! I don't think you can get more minimalist/classic than that.

BTW, my favorite go-to winter outfit is: several-years-old fringed 501s (medium wash), navy wool pullover, black Chelsea boots, black Pendleton blazer, black Coach leather "book bag" purse, and Fitbit. #Everywoman

Agreed. It's a very good treat when you're out and about.

OMG what a riot the posts are today! I thoroughly enjoyed reading every last one! Y'all just totally tickled my gay! LOL!

To read what you all wrote about finding clothes did me a world of good! Ceci, I want you to know that my torso is so long that I am taller than Ron when we sit next to each other on a bench. He is all legs (the *******!) and I am all body. Of course, when we stand up he is 5 inches taller than I. He is also handsome and has good hair. It's a good thing I love him, because I sure could hate him! LOL!!!!!!

So, to take the Joan Rivers boob comment to the next level.... You mus****ch this video of James Corden doing Carpool Karaoke with Michael Buble. It is a long video, so if you want to get straight to it, fast forward to 1:10 and listen to the conversation about the 2 Bubles. Buble Carpoole Karaoke Hope you enjoy it! A little bit of a man's perspective about weight.

I groomed 2 dogs this morning. I can't complain because I haven't really groomed much this month at all, but I did not like having to be on a schedule this morning and having to get up and get moving. I've become spoiled in my leisure! LOL!

Ella is a grandma! One of her pups from Lucky and Dottie's litter had a litter of 5 last night and this morning.

Food - I seemed to have rationalized going to the RD on Monday as a reason to not track my eating or be too worried about the quality of my food yesterday. Up a pound today. Deserved. I am also not drinking as much water as I should be. I noticed yesterday that I was thirsty last night. Thirsty enough to get a water bottle and start drinking water while watching tv. Not something I usually do. Most of the time I finish my water intake by about 7 pm after working out. Maybe it was because I worked out early in the day.

Did you know that eating is a great tool of procrastination. Just saying for a friend. LOL!

If you only knew how many people I've pissed off in my life when they found out they were sitting behind me in a theater! I'm sooo much taller sitting than the average person (even taller than really tall people!)

You know I have another friend built like you. She is 6 feet tall but her legs are almost as short as mine based on how she adjusts the seat for driving. My legs are a teensy bit longer than most 5'3" people so I can't wear petite pants, but they still aren't terribly long.

I'm excited to hear about your visits with the RD, what you described sounded really kind of wonderful: let's explore many facets and fit a plan to your needs. The ones at my wls clinic encouraged me to drop down to 800-900 again to lose regain, and recommended low fat. I just can't go that low anymore, and I find low fat too unpalatable. Meal suggestion, broiled skinless chicken breast with a sauce made from low fat Campbell's cream of chicken soup. Blech! Definitely one size fits all kind of advice.
