Not tall, but weirdly proportioned myself. As Joan Rivers says, I don't have my boobs anymore, but I still have the bags they came in. So I have a lot of skin to pour into bra cups, I wear a 34 H or I in Wacoal, the only bra I can seem to fit. My shoulders are narrow, but I have a lot of loose skin elsewhere. Fit and flare dresses work, but not a sheath dress :( and let's not forget I apparently have big calves.

Ha! I'm all torso with a super broad back/shoulders and very long arms that are really fat at the top. My legs aren't very long, but I too have calves that are apparently big by skinny pant and boot standards, but seem proportional to a 6ft person. So if pants fit my legs, they are loose up top. With no hips, pants slide off as I walk. And most dresses with defined waists end up looking like empire waist on me, because my waist is much lower than most women's. Argh. Giving myself hives just thinking about shopping for this body...

189 Maybe I might even have a tiny loss this week after the earlier binging? I probably just jinxed myself.
I'm feeling restless lately. I can't explain it, but everything I start (book, hobby, tv, podcast, etc.) I put down and can't get into. Maybe I need some exercise instead.
Yesterday I tried to focus on drinking more water. It wasn't easy which shows me I'm clearly not drinking it enough. I default to diet Coke. I know. Bad stuff. But I love it. I quit for 3 years and missed it the whole time. I should quit again, but it's pretty much my only vice in life and did I mention I love it?
Off to finish my second cup of coffee then start the day. Have a good Sunday!
I completely stopped drinking diet pop for years after my surgery. But I wasn't so virtuous, I drank/still drink a lot of crystal light and diet Snapple. Somehow I got back into the diet pop mode too. It started on road trips. I discovered buying a fountain diet coke over ice when we stopped for gas was less carbonated than a can of diet coke. It became my afternoon treat. Still better than a lot of choices...now I am drinking 2 cans a day, most days, usually at work. Again, maybe not the best choice, but better than other treats I might start looking for around 2pm..... If artificial sweeteners really do harm our health, I'm screwed. I will say, when I lost weight pre surgery with Aitkins (my only success at non surgical weight loss) I probably drank 6 cans a day. In my case, I don't think it impedes weight loss, but I wish I liked water more ...
I hear you on artificial sweeteners. I'm doomed if they are truly dangerous for ones's health.

So many follow-on topics ... carbonated beverages, where to shop for clothes, and that hilarious Joan Rivers ***** quote I never heard until just now.
Carbonated beverages ... I was a teetotaler until hip-hop class started. For the last two Friday nights I've stopped off at McDonald's on the way to class and bought a medium Diet Coke. Rationalization: I need caffeine to hip-hop after my usual bedtime. Not sure if this will last, but from past experience I usually need to do something that's bad for me only twice for it to become a habit. In comparison, creating a new habit that's healthy requires me to do it about 3,973 days in succession.
Where to shop for clothes ... Y'all know this first part already ... I shop as much as possible for second-hand clothing at my favorite consignment shop that has amazing clothes and low prices. Nor am I too proud to shop for second-hand clothes at Salvation Army, Good Will and other lower-cost stores.
When I buy new clothes in actual stores, it's usually stuff like yoga pants at JCPenney; Pendleton pieces and Brighton shoes at my local high-end small-town clothing boutique; and whatever's on sale at outlet malls where I peep into stores like Talbots, Banana Republic, Coach, UnderArmor, etc. I am so weary of Chico's offerings that never seem to change very much and remind me of how I used to dress and "what every other woman my age is wearing or is supposed to wear."
And when I'm in Paris, I sometimes behave as though I have an unlimited clothing budget. WTH?!
BTW, I recently reviewed my colors (I'm a definite SUMMER) and style (CLASSIC or MINIMALIST with a dash of BOHO ... apparently, I'm a sucker for a cute tutu).
Happily, I've finally gotten to the point where I won't even try on anything that isn't SUMMER-color compatible.
DD, you've got me beat. I'm a 34C, and my cups' contents are at least 70% skin.

I'm definitely summer, but how does one assess style? I can be all the way from classic to almost the opposite...
