Diane ... "Their message said they were very busy due to wind and to call back later. Why is the billing dept busy because it is windy?" ... made me laugh out loud.
BTW, I don't care what you do or don't talk about here. I just like hearing your voice. :)
And "dog topiary." Yeah. Quite sure it's a tired dog-show cheap shot, but it's still fresh and funny to me. Thanks.

Temperatures are plummeting here from a sort of pleasant 25 degrees, to -18 tonight. If the wind gets going, it's possible the windchill will be -30 or more. Windchill of -35 means school cancelled. I don't think we'll bottom out that low, but close.
I have graduated to every other week for PT on my hips. For the time being I don't need a personal trainer, because I've got A LOT of specialized exercises to do. I can feel myself getting stronger and have some hope I will walk again without pain in my hip. It's certainly improved.
I love both golden retrievers and standard poodles, although I prefer a poodle with a less stylized cut. Our last beloved dog, Bella was a yellow lab, and she was much cherished by our family. But we did not love her hair. Even our previous dog, the best worst dog in the world(who was frequently told you are lucky you are so darn cute) a golden retriever, did not shed nearly anything like the Labrador. Makes the intelligent poodle seem pretty attractive. I really miss having a dog, but we are traveling too much now.
