Weight 132, WW blue points 30. I went out with SIL to see a good local band last night. It was fun but there was wine again. At least I didn't snack at home on top of that! But 132 may be another artificial low though I'll take it for today. Hopefully it will stick by my Wednesday WW weigh-in. I wanted to be 132 or lower by Wednesday (without clothes). I'd like to be 131 with clothing by mid-February so I can stop paying for WW (be back within 2 pounds of lifetime goal).

Today I am paying bills and either beach walking with Justice or going to Boston with SIL to her yacht club to see her in-laws. A week from today we will be leaving for Florida. Yeah!

Enjoy your Sunday!

Good morning! Well, the "novel coronavirus" has made it to my town from China. The person *****cently flew in from Wuhan is in isolation at the hospital down the street from me. It's not surprising given our city has more Asians than any other demographic group and many travel to Asia frequently. I'm not worried, but I will be washing my hands more often!

Today I'm headed to the movies with a friend to see Uncut Gems and avoiding the popcorn there. She said it's violent, which I'm not looking forward to. I seem to be less able to handle that as I get older. Otherwise, end of week chores like laundry abound.

Hope everyone has a good Sunday.

PS - The cookie pushers (Girl Scouts) just came to my door. I'm WAY more scared of them than some silly virus. Remember, if you want to support them, they are just as happy to take money and keep their cookies. You can even ask them to donate the cookies to military personnel or local charities instead of taking them.

That's a good tip! Or if I could control myself, I could treat my students to the cookies. If I get to school without opening them, students will devour them quickly, leaving only cookie dust behind.

Weight: 141.0
Veggies/Fruits: 8
Macronutrients: Cals - 1,430, Carbs - 147, Fats - 46, Protein - 113, Fiber - 39
Green SmartPoints: 38
Water: 5 cups (that's good for me!)
Sleep: Only 4 hours (thanks to that lovely 1-1/2 hour nap I took yesterday; NO NAP TODAY!)
Exercise:
15" yoga at home and 8,853 steps

Been up since 2:00 a.m. and weighed then. That's partly why the scales are up more than a pound this morning. Anyway, bouncy-bouncy seems to be the pattern these days.

I've been working hard all morning continuing my post-"professional-cleaning" DEEP -cleaning and putting my closet back together. For the record, I used the dust blower tek this morning and blew off ALL my shoes (NOT gonna tell you how many pairs!) on the porch before putting them back in my closet.

Dave, you know how much you love sawing wood? That's how much I love working in a corner with a wet rag, a toothbrush, and some Q-tips. :)

Not surprising that I already have nearly 10K steps on my Fitbit.

Must NOT take a nap today. Must NOT take a nap today.

P.S. I fear that no news from Shirl means bad news.

Excellent adaptation of the leafblower. I am tidying up right now (I cannot in good conscious call it cleaning as no cleaning products or rags are currently in use, let alone q tips.)

Yes, it is concerning we haven't heard from Shirl. thinking of you.

DW is a cleaner too. I understand the behavior. I will clean but it has to be dirty enough for me to clean. DW weakness are vacuum cleaners. I think we have owned every major brand except Hyla. She loves to vacuum.

Today I bought (on Amazon) a new vacuum cleaner, a new dustbuster, a new coffee pot, and a new 36" dust mop.

I'm in caffeinated deep-cleaning heaven!

Seems across the country, tribe members are in a tidy up, cleaning mode. Right now I'm putting clutter away. I cleaned the bathroom, I'm on my second load of wash, and will be cleaning the kitchen shortly. Sometime a trip to the grocery store is needed.I don't need to stock up, just get a few essentials like more fairlife milk and some produce.

The work week promises more meetings, more IEP writing, finishing quarterly progress reports, in addition to actually planning lessons and teaching them. And sub plans, I need to write sub plans! I'll get it done, I always do, but it is starting to grind me down.

Looking forward to a few days in Florida, but realizing it won't be me in a lounge chair. We're visiting my parents, and my Mom has projects she wants help with. Luckily they go to bed early, and we can go out and find some live music to enjoy.
