Weight 133.6, WW points 14. The last time I was at this weight was May 25. My goal is to reverse back a full year (low 120's). It is still helping to have some control over something. But sleep = between 1.5-2 hours early this morning. Last night in between trying to fall asleep I finished one book, started another and watched 2 TV shows via HULU on my IPAD.
No specific plans today other than maybe yoga, getting a few things at the store, and having dinner at SILs. DD leaves for her home in Florida today and BIL/SIL leave Sunday. I realized during my long night that I am looking forward to having the house mostly to myself again. Of course DS will still be here but he will be back to work tomorrow. BIL and DS are helping me move everything out of DH's facility on Monday. I have another two weeks to accomplish that but I just want it done.
It is 19, with wind chill at 3 degrees today (Fahrenheit, Shirl). I am REALLY looking forward to getting warm in Florida in 16 days.
Enjoy your Friday!

Liz, congrats on hitting your May 2019 weight. I remember those sleepless nights. They must be par for the course you're on right now. Thank you for sharing the eulogy by Paul's brother. It is so very, very moving. Made me cry. Your guy was some guy!
Yesterday, I went to my third WW weekly weigh-in and had lost 0.8 pounds. Steady on.
My eating yesterday was a bit more than I'd planned, but last night I was just hungry ... or something. BTW, since I started eating bananas post-WW, I don't get leg or foot cramps at night or during yoga class. But on days I don't eat a banana, the cramps are back. Apparently, that banana potassium thing is real.
My knee boo boo continues to improve, which encourages me to walk more, and I'm now regularly doing 8,000+ steps, heading back toward my 10K daily goal. I'm so grateful to still be upright and able to move around. I see so many folks my age really suffering from arthritis and other auto-immune diseases. We all know, too well, how that kind of pain starts a cascade of other disabilities. I am thankful this morning for the many complaints I don't have.
BTW, I resolve today to clean up my potty-mouth.
This morning's schedule includes yoga@home, housecleaning, cooking, bill-paying, and laundry. Then I'll drive to town for a Library Friends luncheon, grocery shopping, and a trip to the feed store to buy deer corn (the deer are starting to eye my shrubbery lasciviously). Then it's back home for dinner, then back to town this evening for my second hip-hop dance class.
Because it is T.G.I.F., let us all party hearty, each in our own way, each according to our abilities. Amen! Here's your Friday Musical Offering

Oh, DD ... I am CRAZY for that commercial! I'd never seen it until you mentioned it here, and I went looking for it.
Seriously ... y'all have to look at this magnificent piece of advertising, which is so far above the usual dreck!

Yes, he really was right up to a few weeks ago. I wish his mind had been able to stay as healthy as the rest of him.
