Being ready to lose is critical for me, too, Cecily.

Busy weekend with puppy people.

Not in a great mental space right now. Lots to ponder. Even considered cancelling all training sessions this week. Nothing that won't pass, I'm sure.

Thinking WW Blue is not for me. May look at trying out Green, if this week is similar to last.

Not much else.

Oh, I will. This will pass. Just in a cranky space.

Liz, I hope family and friends can give comfort during the next few days. Your loss has been going on for years. I pray you find peace.

Ann, it is sad to watch friends going through the dying process. Even after years of poor health.

Sleep still messed up. I am exhausted even in the mornings. Didn't make sense to me. Thought it was leftover cold pneumonia symptoms. Had labs drawn last week but do not have results. THEN yesterday I was listening to YouTube with noise canceling headphones. Between videos I could hear my heartbeat. Very irregular. My son has a Bluetooth device that can get a tracing and I am in Afib. 110-140. Again. Last time was around WLS. That explains a lot. So back on the meds that go with it. Feeling better this morning but the beta blockers make me exhausted too. It will level out.

DB and SIL are coming tonight. They are planning on spending the night. He is very good at visiting me.

Picking Adalyn up from school today. Hoping DD s first day back to school goes well. This will be a hard semester for her. Micro-biology with lab and developmental psychology.

more later, david

Goodness! I'm glad you caught the Afib! That's dangerous...

That's really good how you self-diagnosed your Afib. You are paying attention, dude!
