Interesting concept that #2.

I do not go "crazy" on Zero pointed foods. That is why I don't call them FREE foods. They aren't "free". They have a cost, they are just 0 points.

No, I think my worry is that I won't lose weight if I have 35 points PLUS the zero point foods. Again, I have to trust the process and allow the. program to work its magic.c

Ah, I'm with you now. I think it's worth the experiment! But I understand the trepidation when you're the lab rat.

Proud of you for observing, considering, and committing to this rather than knee-jerking! That's very calm and scientific rather than emotional. Very adult of you!

Greetings My Precious

I get the "Dunce du Jour" award today. After a lovely visit to the pool I had driven a couple of blocks and realized I DID NOT HAVE MY GLASSES!!!!!! Left them in the locker. Amazingly I did pretty well without them but what a dumb mistake. No harm done in this dinky town but geeezzzz.

Ann glad you found your writers corner. My SIL RIP used to be in a writers group that met weekly. Not sure how they decided their assignments but I know one time they wrote their own obituary. It was eventually used for her. If I can find it I will print it as it was well done - not as expected.

Speaking of obits, Liz, thanks for sharing the one for DH. Wonderful. Wishing you strength for these next days. And I totally think its good you have some alone time. Non stop people in my face was the worst part of events around my mother's passing. People showed up to the funeral to have "old home" week.

Love reading the WW stuff. Maybe I will try it. Five bananas indeed! One is great. Speaking of which, I just bought pounds of them for the homeless outreach project.

Not much new. The new health club is getting more and more members so the days of being alone in the pool are gone, but its still nice and comfy. I think I am finally experiencing some results of my efforts. I noticed I was less achey today.Usually when I try to exercise it just hurts more and I give up. Pool is definitely the thing for me.

Cheers all. Diane S

I bet by February 15th, you'll have the health club all to yourself again!
