And that, my dear, is exactly what is so reliably amusing about Weigh****chers' meetings!

They echo every newbie WLS thread ever posted. :)

Don't you just want to bury your face in all that smushy, furry puppy goodness??? No? Just me?

Oh yeah I would totally be an abuser of most any weight loss system or any other system for that matter. I remember doing Atkins and eating three eggs with butter. Somehow, when I did the WLS, I listened to my brother who said to do exactly what the surgeon said. I actually listened to him. I am usually a person who looks for short cuts, easier ways and work arounds. Maybe my word for the year should be "face it head on" - is there one word for that?

Saint Bernard puppy. How fun. When we went up the Matterhorn we had our picture taken with one. But Peps, imagine a litter of 10 of those and all the puppy turds!

Hug a pup day! Diane S

I think JFDI might sum up "face it head on".

Puppy **** is puppy ****! LOL! Airedales make a lot of puppy poop! I can't imagine a litter of St. Bernards being much more work than a litter of Airedales, but who knows!

"Face it head on"... Action? Brave? Steadfast? Courage? Tackle?

Black eyed peas on New Years might be a southern thing. We never did it in the midwest. Here in California its probably tofu and kobacha on new years.

I love how we are all loitering about on the internet today. ds
