Good to hear Leap :) Gives me a little hope as I saw my surgeon 2 days ago and we are going ahead in April........ Scary decision but I feel its time. Sick of being slowed down by the pain and also chewing pain relief.
I should be clear of staph by then. Im on Doxy atm for an upper respiratory infection - see Dr again on Monday but it appears to be doing the trick. Fingers crossed

Lazy day- walking put on the back burner as weather elements resulted in a trifecta of nastiness- very cold, windy and absolutely no sunshine. I am such a woosey- It's winter- what else do I expect... better make a bit of an attitude adjustment, bundle up, and get with it--likely to see more of the same.
I spent the afternoon making pizzelles- first time. I picked up some irons at an auction several years ago, but up to now- way too chicken to try them out. After several bombed attempts (irons not hot enough, I think)- I think I caught on and am somewhat happy with the results. They will stay out on the counter tonight to finish drying and then ripen in tins for the next few weeks--That's the story anyways. Now that I have invited the enemy into the house, the question is--Can I stay out of them???? Only the eight ball knows..
