Snow on the ground, and snow in the air---Snow, snow...everywhere!
We have very little waste here to deal with, and the garden loves the eggshells and coffee grounds (nitrogen)- peelings and such into the compost pile, and the outdoor mousers are happy recipients of scraps. Lucky us. What I would love to not see is the waste of so much plastic. Do not understand why, for example milk cannot be sold in bags (like it is in Canada). I cut the ridged containers into small pieces before disposing, but that only reduces volume- not mass. Still, it makes it seem like less.
We got out early this morning before the weather came in- nothing interesting- car maintenance and the such. Just wrapped in a fluffy bathrobe over sweats and a waffle top drinking hot tea.
I had my follow up with the oncologist and whoop- no scan ordered and not scheduled until next May. Some of the labs are a little off- mostly Calcium levels too high (a chronic issue - can't seem to determine why) and vitamin levels- nothing too concerning. Happy to be feeling like medical patterns are falling into a predictable maintenance kind of schedule. Now, if my teeth would get their **** together all would be right with the world.
Stay safe, friends- and warm- and happy- and all other positive and good things this world has to offer!

DH returns about 1am tonight. At last. Since DS left last week, and now DH is gone, all the cat does is howl intermittently. Driving me nuts.
It's 11 degrees right now, windchill 0 degrees. My heated car seats are my favorite thing today.
I had a very full productive day, but now I've got nothing left. I've read all that you have shared, and have composed many thoughts in my head, but don't have enough energy to write them out.
Hope we all survive the attic blast gripping the country. Stay warm and find your cozy!
