Good Morning All
No weigh this AM as I wasnt good last night - well the blueberries and yoghurt were ok after dinner but the Chips definately not - OOPS
Had a productive day yesterday both at work and home. Got lots done which was well overdue. Pulled dead flowers out of hanging pots and will go choose some more to repot tonight. All 3 puppies are now no longer stinky - nice and clean after their baths. They will need some brushing over the next couple of days as the working dogs are shedding - big time. Made 3 Bacon & vegetable frittatas. Sent one over to our neighbours. We will have some tonight with some kaleslaw and I will freeze the rest. Used up a lot of the Veg I needed too.
Tonight the plan is to finally make Balsamic Beetroot Relish - I have had the beets in the fridge for weeks and its time. DH has a mouth XRAY at 4.30pm then will come home and help. Will be good to finally have it done. More jars for the preserves cupboard :)
Finally feeling like Im catching up with sleep. We have been going to bed early and Im sleeping well. Small blessings :)
Well I best go make another cup of tea and keep working. On a roll as they say
Have a wonderful day all

Great news Diane about your medical tests!
It's chilly here! 28 degrees this morning, highs only in the 30s this week. There will probably be fewer cute little mice on my doorstep Thursday than normal. It's definitely below normal, but we often have to work our Halloween costumes around layers of winter wear!
My son has relented, and now thinks it's a good idea to go buy things for his bathroom. He and DH load up and move him out tomorrow while I'm at work. It's the last week of quarter 1, so, not good days to be gone, and I promised my Magic, The Gathering club a Halloween party. Anyhow, right now I'm making him homemade margarita pizza, and then we're going shopping. As DH and I say to each other, it's what we trained for. Got to let them go live their lives.

Diane- oh yay and hooray for hopes realized!! It must be a relief to not have to deal with unpleasant procedures. Let the meds do their magic.
Yesterday was a busy one filled with errands and such. Like BB's Oklahoma, Springs and Falls are oftentimes very short or even not to be found and the weather took a nasty-ish turn. Time to bring in the plants- poor things; they look so good now, but-every year Mother Nature turns her healthy children over into my care and...(the vets in the lot shudder wondering if they can survive-horror stories are told around campfires....
Seasonal transition brings the joy of hot teas during the course of the day. Latest discovery and addition to the tea chest- Kandy BOP. Seriously tasty-and-warming-and makes getting the requisite liquids easy to attain. Win win.
