LOVE the IP for hard boiled eggs! Interesting... my "recipe" calls for 3 minutes on low pressure, 10 minutes natural release.

Seems like the extra natural release ti e would accomplish the same thing! I am so glad to find another use for the IP. I must say I'm not a fan of savory foods with onions in there. It stinks up everything including the house and the silicone ring...

Diane, thank you for the glorious photo! I was quite envious that I was not with you when you took that photo! Also glad, DC (oops, DH) is dealing with an infection and not something gone amok with his reconstruction.

Where is our Diane S? I'm worried that perhaps something has happened with her little brother and that is the reason for her absence.

Shirl, hugs and love to you my friend. It is hard to bear the burden of being the designated family pillar of strength. Take good care of yourself. I'm glad you had your say with DH. That will help.

Okay.... I was down another pound today. My dog show weight plus a little extra has gone away. The book I am reading is having a wonderful positive effect! I am avoiding sugar in a way I have not for a long, long time!

New workout milestone, too! I did dumb bell chest presses last night with the trainer and was able to manage 3 sets using 75 pound dumb bells in each hand. Stepping up to that weight sure did lift my spirits!

It has been a long, long day. I was out of the house for over 12 hours. Time to eat my dinner and spend some time with Ron and the pups. Oh, Ella is exhibiting symptoms of "morning sickness". Yay!

Later and sweet dreams to all!

Greetings All

Sorry to be absent. Not to worry. All is well. Just had a string of gallery duties, meetings, doctor appointments and such plus DH doing stuff with my computer.

What a spectacular photo DianeO. Love it. Miss the midwest for its fall color. Not so much color here in the redwoods but our little street has some maple varieties. And Glad Diane O that DH does not have big C. Hope he can be helped.

My little brother is doing well - he seems to be responding to chemo according to blood tests. A long ways to well and his heart may never fully repair but he is in good spirits. Two weeks ago when he landed in the hospital I was very worried.

Had my annual physical and I am up 5 pounds. Rats. And my cholesterol is up. Can't figure that one out as I don't eat a lot of bad fats. Except bacon.......

Intro to the health club today. Some 22 year old guy personal trainer is going to take me around. I already have bad attitude. Planning on pool time.

Take care all. Have fun Ann. Take a nap DD. Hugs to all. Diane D
