I weighed today after a couple of weeks. Not good. Must do something.

Liz interesting information on your DH. I hope the center finds ways to help him. I wonder if kids picture books would be useful. And good on you for looking at condos. By the time you are ready for one you will be an expert. Also cool that stuff is moved out.

Peps sorry you had a difficult dinner. Years ago when DH mother suddenly died (before we were married) I went to lunch with his sisters and families. One said "lets go around the table and share a memory of our mother - starting with Diane". I was dumbstruck - hardly knew what to say - so I mentioned that she was a good sport when my dog went through her purse!

Speaking of comfort, Fergie I am with you on first class though screaming baby is rough. I have only done first class a couple of times but its sometimes worth the money. Fergie will be home before you know it!

The studio is having a sale so I have to work a couple of hours. It means sitting around probably facing candy.

Well DianeO, I must get to my health club. Have a free session with personal trainer Thurs but I can tell he is a young kid. Won't get old lady issues. Right now I am just promising myself to do the hot tub and pool.

Whats the best brand of air fryer? We are eating far too much prepared food which is not good.

I think the right trainer understands how to work with all ages.

I have this air fryer on Cape Cod and in Florida. I think it was Diane O *****commended it originally? I like it - simple to use but works well.
