Yesterday went back to Searcy to visit with our parents. Filled my Mom s pill pack for the next 2 months. My mom is getting closer to moving to my brother s place. It does pretty much remove me from her care except by phone. But it is extremely remote.

DW s parents are close to 80 and FIL is mentally declining. He is very smart. PHD in physics. Very suspicious of medical professionals and big pharmaceutical. Me too but I have always been that way.

It was a long day in the car with my knee. I really needed my recliner.

I have been busy working on the big mower today. I have been looking for the model and serial number for 3 weeks and I found it today. Now I can look up the parts I need.

Eating picked up today. Grazing some.

You carry your weight well. You don't look up a 100#. The extra fit quotient has to fit in somewhere. When I regain I have a no care attitude that I know is awful for weight control and mental health. You are planning for change. You may be sitting with it but the plan is coming.
