Not my guy. My name is somewhat common. Didn't used to be. There are about 15 people in the U.S. that share my maiden name. (Haha, maiden name, what an antiquated term).

Hola mi amigas y amigo!

Fantastic work out last night. Thank heavens I am able to distinguish between working out for health and working out for vanity. If it was all about the vanity, I would not stick with it. There is so much I don't do on the nutrition side of fitness, that I am happy I get something out of the strengthening aspect of lifting and fitness. If it was all about THIN, I'd throw in the towel.

Tooth pain gone. Surrounding tissue pain quickly diminishing. Go in Monday for follow up with regular dentist. I guess I need a "post" in one of the two teeth. I have no idea what that is or entails. I have maxed out my dental insurance, so whatever it is comes right out of pocket. I am grateful I have some extra savings these days. It is nice not to stress about larger, unexpected bills. Yet, the whole tooth thing is a pain in the azz!

I find that I am Ostriching (Love you, Shel, for inventing such vivid verb!) instead of adulting in regard to my food. I have to chuckle at myself a bit for the lunacy of my thought process. In simplicity it is this: "I am waiting for the emotional understanding of my dysfunction to really take hold so that losing weight happens naturally without any effort on my part." Let that sink in. OMG! The thinking causes the wry, lip-curled, all knowing and wicked smile, but at the same time, I SO MUCH WANT TO BELIEVE THAT THINKING WILL COME TO PASS. I WANT it to be TRUE! If someone knows how I can procure such a truth and make it my own, won't you tell me how?

Hi guys!!! Car went for servicing today so SIL and I poked around in that area in loaner car. Found a fantastic restaurant at lunchtime - beautiful post and beam with huge windows looking out on a marsh. Alas, car wasn't done until 4:15 so I have to go back and swap in the am. But I have a brand new BMW 530i to drive tonight to take family out for BIL's 60th birthday dinner!

So not a bad day overall (other than weather). Will check in tomorrow.

I am pretty confused!! Did we make a Facebook group? Is there someone in the group who y'all think is me, whose husband is holding a big snake? I don't know snake man. Ocean Diane told me to check my personal messages, but I don't see one?

No, we got it sorted out. The snake belongs to Bonnie150 and her hubby. For a moment there, some of us thought it might be your snake, but it was not.

And yes, DianeO did make a FB group as a fallback gathering place for us if OH blips and/or the Rapture comes and some of us are left behind. Let DianeO know your FB handle, and she'll send you a "secret FB group" invite. We'll continue to be on QT over there. ;)
