Miss Bonnie is my personal dream catcher! I love it! But, WOW! I don't think I would have come up with any of that on my own. I figure I'd send the dream to my shrink because she delights in dream interpretation! But, now I can come to my session armed with your interpretation!

Greetings All

Back up on the ledge. 160. Not cool. Must get moving - I know exercise is not the main way to lose weight but I have become so sedentary its ridiculous. Gallery duty today so I will do squats, probably walk in circles, maybe go up and down the front steps and knock down all the cob webs outside. Too many almonds and wine I am afraid.

I did get a new sectional ordered yesterday. The old one is at least 30 years old and while I find it comfy, its getting shredded and I have to keep throws over it. Found a really nice contemporary one. Getting a similar fabric as it goes with other stuff we have. Proud of myself for not agonizing over this decision for months.

Hey BB, the kid pics on FB are adorable. You are a natural at being a mom. Food porn sounds like good meals. I think we should all strive for the best quality food we can and not settle for Taco Bell. Last night I made organic black bean veggie burgers with organic tomatoes. Must up the veggies. Now is the season.

Dave hope you are becoming good friends with your new knee. Take care of it and yourself.

Weird dream Peps. Mine last night was rescuing some old ladies from a nursing home in the snow. Whats that about?

Hey Liz, you know you are a grown up when you are thrilled by a new washer and dryer. Escape from the laundromat is indeed to be celebrated.

Safe travels Shirley and anyone else going anywhere. We fly on Tuesday and even though we are going nowhere near the hurricane, it has a way of messing up travel nation wide.

Bonnie150 you are so funny. We want you to do more ceramics. Or maybe Spam sculpture. Yeah its a thing. Good use of Spam. Cracker debauchery is such a great description. Its kind of my bad place too. Don't keep them around.

Well this is pretty disjointed - due to only one cup of coffee. Must get more. Hugs all. Diane S

Spam sculpture IS real. Googled images. Oh, my. Getting my hands into clay is deeply satisfying. Getting my hands anywhere near what amount to stinky, scrambled, greasy, minced snouts and tails (or, maybe beaks and feet- who knows?) Well, hmmmmmm. Maybe not.

I have not, to this day, been able to unread the impression Sinclair Lewis' The Jungle made upon me in 7th grade.

Related use of Spam....Lady GaGa's got nothing on this fellow- Talk about a good use of Spam

Supposedly some fellow from Australia (maybe a neighbor of yours, Shirl?)

Try Her B, I would indeed rather wear or sculpt Spam than actually eat it. But I guess its very popular in Hawaii. They can have my share. I feel sorry for soldiers that have to eat it. Gross. D

Ron loves SPAM! Now, he does like most foods, even highly exotic foods, but this one threw me for a loop. One of his faves is SPAM Musubi. Not mine! LOL!

Hormel offers two versions of how the name SPAM came to be. the first is that it SPAM is a derivation of the contraction for Spiced Ham - Sp'am - SPAM. The second is that it is an acronym for the ingredients used in SPAM - Shoulder of Pork and Ham, thus SPAM.

While most of us may shun SPAM it is still a big seller and has an ingredient list that is more appealing than many lunch meat (Bologna). SPAM is chopped pork shoulder meat with ham, sal****er, sugar, and sodium nitrite. That's it!

Damn, now I want some fried eggs and SPAM! (not really, but it sounded good to end that way! LOL)

BB, it is embarrassing, Adalyn is a biter when she feels bad and gets mad. She has felt bad the majority of her life. All you have to do to make her mad is take something away that she should not have or tell her no. DW did her own daycare when our boys were little so she could stay home. Seems like there was always a child that would bite. You really have to watch them more. Seems to be worse with teething.

I am feeling less pain today. At least the pain pills are working some. During the worst of it the would give me pain meds IV and pills every 3 hours. I could barely tell when I had them. The surgeon said it took him longer to clean out because I had a lot of spurs. It felt like I had a lot of spurs. LOL. Elevated my legs today to help with the swelling. I do see improvement. Acute pain does prevent grazing.

Bone Spurs! Right!!!! I spent time like I would studying a Picasso staring at my X-rays as the Dr. pointed out the outcrop of spurs that have established themselves in my knee. ****ty little weeds, they are. You are no doubt feeling the aftermath of a large forest takedown and your knee is pissed. Go gently, not neglecting to do the rehab. And you and your knee will soon be friends again. I hope you can get the pain under control as I believe it interferes with healing somehow. Sometimes "no pain, no gain", is a lie.

145.4 Day 5 of the Great Carb Detox. Hanging tight, but it's tough and I'm lookin to the day when the compulsive urge to just eat it turns to, "Meh".

BB, SURGERY! Must have missed that post. I knew you were in serious internal debate mode, and had even consulted a PS. You mentioned once regretting the loss of motion having larger breasts have compared to a smaller pre-plastics you. In my experience the comfort and lack of what formerly amounted to a handy shelf that was great for collecting every thing that might fall off my spoon or fork as I shoveled it into the ol-piehole more than made up for cupsize. Give me cupcakes over melons any day.

Sending you positive energy in anticipation of your every desire fulfilled.

Yep. I have never been happy with my implants. In fact, I don't identify with the "larger chest" version of beauty. I really like to look lithe and ballet-eque. Not that I'll ever get there lol. But it's just not even my beauty identity anyway. And then realizing how toxic and dangerous they are put me over the ledge. The day of my consultation was the day they recalled textured implants. Though I don't have those, it was enough to make me wonder what all we don't know and how unworthy they are for that risk!!
