Well we made it back home to the shop in the woods. Dr made rounds. Physical therapy went over a very generic exercise routine and we were discharged home. The ride home caused significant swelling but hopefully it will go back down soon.

Eating has been minimal. An egg, 2 strips of bacon for breakfast. One third of a sandwich for lunch. Part of a small piece of pizza for supper. I need to eat a non inflammatory diet for sure.

Pain is not controlled but expected it. They tell me it will get better.

POOF- may your pain soon diminish - your physical therapy productive- and your knee taking you happily wherever it is you want to go. Heal well, sweetie.

Dave, welcome home!

And I hear you on the non-inflammatory diet. For sure!

Seriously, those tissue-inflaming foods (sugar, processed foods, starchy carbs, etc.) make my knees hurt, too -- and I haven't even had knee surgery!
