First day, workshop week. We have a new principal, and so far she is projecting a truly positive, team driven energy. It was great to see my colleagues, I work with some talented, interesting folks. I stayed later than my self imposed 4pm deadline, but it didn't feel like a drain, because I used time in the day chatting and catching up. As I was getting ready to leave, I immediately felt the weight of, what.to.make.for.dinner. I was going to stop by Wendy's and buy some chili, but I remembered I made soup yesterday, so yeah! DS is going to make dinner tomorrow. I think I would make an excellent retired person, but alas, not this year. Or the next, or even the one after that. The struggle is real. :)

I, too, will make a wonderful retired person. At least, I believe I will. But like you, retirement's not coming in the near future. 2026 is a way off!
