No weight today. Getting to be a bad habit - and ostrich behavior. Also bought some baggy night shirts - another bad sign.

Who knows some good summer tv shows? Or any? We have binged watched everything decent I think except Downton Abby and not sure I can get DH to do that. Cecily we are almost through with "Stranger Things" which I liked at first before it got too slimy and the cat was, well you know. Heard a good review of "Succession" which sounds like a house of cards thing. We watch entirely too much tv here.

Stopped by the studio and bank - my usual rounds.

We have the last of the Papa Murphy pizza tonight. Then I have to cook again. So not into that these days.

Bonnie 150, you are totally entitled to stress about test results and repeated scans. Hoping for good news on the rest of it. Illness is so icky. So many ways our bodies and minds can go haywire.

We have been watching a show called "Good Witch". So fluffy and sappy that one needs insulin. Except its an escape from the horror show that is our society right now.

Great walk Cecily. make friends with the eagles. They nest around here too. An environmental success story - bald eagles are now fairly common.

A lot of people recommended Schitt's Creek, I didn't really get into it, but might be worth checking out. Did you watch You're Dead to Me? Very dark, but humorous.

Just got back from the beach. Probably the last one for this summer. We leave for Ireland next Tuesday, and I need to start getting ready. We get back on the 23rd. On the 24th my BIL and SIL arrive from Texas. On the 25th one of my husband's sisters (well I guess his only sister now, uff hurts to say that) is hosting a celebration of life for the sister who passed away. Her husband did/does not want anything to do with it, but his daughter, our niece does want to have it. Her father is not angry, he just says it would be too painful, but he is okay with having one as long as he doesn't have to attend. So anyhow, husband's sister told the niece she will host it on Sunday, the 25th. We are going to entertain out of town family on the 24th. Since there is a good chance I will be jet lagged, I want to leave the house company clean, and prepare something like pasta shells and leave them in the freezer, before we go. Then the 26th, teacher workshop week.
