Cec - re Green Beans just blanch them quickly then freeze :) They reheat well if not overdone

Green beans right out of the garden - yummm!!! They are never the same from the food store.

Running later today - have been up since 6am and working. Just made mum Poached Eggs on toast for brekkie. Took her to the club last night for dinner. I sat and read a book by the fire while she played the Poker machines. We then had steak and salad for dinner. I packed 2 takeaway containers as I brought over half of my dinner home. Will do for tonights tea :)

Not a lot planned for today. Work till 2.30pm then will take mum out somewhere.

Enjoying being away with mum. Slowly getting her moving a little more which is a bonus

Im thankful Liz - we are and shes really enjoying it

Always take her away for her birthday as she can no longer travel without me longer distances
