B - Ezekiel Bread with PB and low sugar jam

L - 1 slice all meat pizza, strawberries with yogurt

D - 4 oz (?) lean brisket, 1 BBQ rib, small salad

snac**** cream

weight - 262, exercise - 1 hour cardio and combination body circuit focusing on back.

Breakfast: brie cheese, pear, crackers (the Carr table water crackers that have no salt or fat, so I have zero interest in snacking on them later) sf chai latte

Dinner: polish kielbasa, sweet corn, green beans

Snacks: iced coffee, ice cream
