Daily Eats, Monday, July 29, 2019
Brunch: mimosas, scrambled eggs with lobster, a couple bites of French toast (I cane up with a great idea, you've heard of fries for the table? I ordered French toast for the table! It worked great!)
Dinner: ham and cheese sandwich, Greek yogurt with strawberries and walnuts
Snacks: birthday cake from our favorite bakery, sf chai lattes
Calories: it's anybody's guess.
Fessing up here. Weight up nearly 2lbs. Cannot say i'm surprised. Having a pasta dinner tonight then hopefully back on the wagon for a few days before anniversary trip.
Friday:
Not sure if I had breakfast, lunch at a German barbecue place--primarily 2/3 of a brat and a few bites macaroni and cheese.
Dinner: dinner out for a friend's birthday. Margarita, chips and queso, and then mostly too full for much of my fajita dinner
Saturday:
Busy day helping my sister clean her apartment before moving out, then making dinner for my parent's party.
Brunch: shared plates between my sister, mom and me (and none of them entirely consumed, most just halfway) lemon and blueberry pancakes, monte cristo sandwich, and way too hot shrimp and grits
Snack: 1/2 salted pretzel and slushie
Dinner: smoked pulled pork (from our smoker)-split sandwich with sister, smoked creamed corn, few bites broccoli slaw, 1/2 slice key lime pie.
Sunday:
Cannot recall if I had anything for breakfast. If I did, it was probably one of my chocolate zucchini muffins
L: grilled hotdog and handful barbecue chips
S: got ravenous. That's a problem. fiber one brownie, tortilla with shredded cheese
D: 1 slice (a big slice) sausage and green pepper pizza
D: ice cream sandwich
Every meal this weekend kind of sounds like a cheat meal. Not good
